After many years in the industry around the world, Bjoern Juhnke established HACO in Hamburg. His flagship in St. Pauli, Hamburg - He opened with a strong creed of using products 180 degrees North. With strong credentials, he has accumulated 15 points in the Gault Millaut and holding a newly appointed green star in the Michelin Guide; highlighting their resourcefulness in sustainability. Since then critics, journalists, and renowned bloggers in the highest caliber have revered Bjoern’s actions in the highest degree. In the restaurant we strive for the highest quality products; through our relationships with local farmers, hunters, and fish mongers, many deliver their best products at our door-step. Since then, the HACO Restaurant Group has grown steadily transforming their bold philosophy across the city.

We pay respect to our farmers by doing our due diligence in knowing where and how our products are manufactured and handled.
We cannot appease Vegan diets, however we continuously offer vegetarian options.
