HACO St. Pauli is the foundation of our story. Since 2017, in the Restaurant we have embodied a contemporary approach to North-German cuisine. We work closely with local farmers, vendors, suppliers, and foragers; this allows us to work intently with seasonal products - it becomes a harmonious relationship giving us the opportunity to work with forgotten heritage products, and old school techniques. We preserve the integrity of the North and we would like to invite you to be a part of that experience.
